Inspired Living, Built for the Mountains.
Elevating Mountain Communities Through Thoughtful Development
The First Chair Company is a real estate development firm dedicated to creating exceptional residential, hospitality, and commercial destinations in ski towns and the mountain regions that surround them. Our work is rooted in a deep respect for the culture, character, and natural beauty of each community. We focus on building projects that enhance year round livability, strengthen local economies, and elevate the mountain lifestyle. From workforce housing and boutique lodging to mixed use village centers, we design and develop places that serve both locals and visitors, and position mountain towns for long term, sustainable growth.
